Instructional Technology Specialist

Old Dominion University, a national leader in distance learning and
alternative delivery models, invites applications for the position of
Instructional Technology Specialist in its Center for Learning

Candidates must have a minimum of a
bachelor’s degree, masters preferred, in instructional or educational
technology or related areas, as well as expertise in web site design, and
online courseware development. The successful candidate must have excellent
professional customer service skills, excellent interpersonal communication
skills, and project and time management experience. Preference will be
given to candidates with advanced expertise in HTML with CSS, XML/XSLT,
Dreamweaver MX, Flash MX; Relational Database Design (Oracle, MySQL);
scripting technologies such as JavaScript/Jscript, VBScript and
