Frederick, Maryland
Manage & administer on-line learning management system (PLATEAU exp req). Work at a US Gov Institute. Provide reports & assistance to LMS users. Collaborate with faculty on course development projects such as web/media development, instructional design, assessment & evaluation of outcomes. Provide professional services & reports to faculty & staff supporting the mission of the university. Conduct consultations with faculty, staff & students. Ensure that e-learning content is SCORM compliant.

2. Learning Solutions Content Developer
Bentonville, Arkansas
Wal-Mart is looking for talented people who are interested in the full range of instructional design, including e-learning, mobile learning, instructor-led, and self-study modalities. Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, education, technical writing, or e-learning design. Experience with Captivate, Flash, Dreamweaver, or other design tools is a plus. Competitive relocation package provided.

3. Learning Solutions Senior Instructional Designer
Bentonville, Arkansas
Wal-Mart is looking for a Sr. Instructional designer who is interested in the full range of instructional design, including e-learning, mobile learning, instructor-led, and self-study modalities. Successful candidates will have a master’s degree in a related field, with significant experience in multi-modal instructional design. Strong project management skills and experience with Captivate, Flash, Dreamweaver, or other design tools are required. Competitive relocation package provided.

4. Senior Developer: Needs Analysis
Bentonville, Arkansas
Wal-Mart University is looking for a Senior Developer who will be solely responsible for creating a strategy on conducting needs analysis. You will interface with course designers, developers, deliverers, and evaluators to determine if needs analysis are/were on target. Requirements include two years of training design and development, measurement and evaluation, consulting and needs analysis and learning technology experience.
