Connect 2013 Conference on Ed Tech

Just received this information.  I’m not familiar with the conference, but it may be of interest to you, so I’m passing it along.

CONNECT 2013 is a Premier National Conference being held May 6-7 at the Scotiabank Convention Centre in Niagara Falls, Ontario.  This event will provide University and College Faculty, Teacher Candidates, K-12 Educators, Academic Administrators, IT Staff and Business Leaders the opportunity to CONNECT with peers from across Canada. It is an event that supports and enhances teaching practices with the use of instructional technology to equip Higher Ed and K-12 students with the skills needed to be competitive in the 21st century workplace and beyond.

Participants will enjoy powerful presentations, hands-on workshops, interactive seminars and engaging poster sessions. Explore the now and the future of Ed Tech in the 27,000 square foot Exhibitor Showcase.  The conference will initiate bold and thought-provoking conversations on how The Education Sector and Businesses can work together to support students by cultivating 21st Century Skills.
