Develops and implements CODE’s programming goals, objectives, and measurement metrics for the development of online courses using a collaborative project management approach with cross-functional teams of CODE Program Directors, professional instructional designers and content development and multimedia specialists that involves the design, planning, implementation and evaluation of online courses using interactive instructional design strategies, web-based resources, multimedia technologies and instructional systems for online course delivery to ensure course programming meets the needs of students and other target audiences and adheres to academic quality and integrity standards. Supervises staff in the online course programming area; researches and evaluates new and emerging technologies and approaches; participates on CODE online programming committees and task forces; and serves as Acting Director of CODE.


  • Master’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., education, business, educational technology).
  • 8 years directly related experience in post-secondary online and blended education design and development and project management or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in interactive instructional design and technologies, interface design, web-based resources, multimedia technologies, and learning management systems.
