Journal of Education and Human Development is a peer-reviewed international journal. The journal publishes research manuscripts in the fields of education and human development which would be of interest to an international readership. The aim of the journal is to publish high quality manuscripts that are of international significance in terms of design and/or findings by encouraging the collaboration with international teams of researchers to create special issues on these topics. The journal strives to strengthen connections between research and practice, so enhancing professional development and improving practice within the field of education and human development. Papers accepted for publication are double-blind refereed to ensure academic integrity.
The journal is published by the American Research Institute for Policy Development that serves as a focal point for academicians, professionals, graduate and undergraduate students, fellows, and associates pursuing research throughout the world.
The interested contributors are highly encouraged to submit their manuscripts/papers to the executive editor via e-mail at editor@aripd.org. Please indicate the name of the journal (Journal of Education and Human Development) in the cover letter or simply put ‘Journal of Education and Human Development’ in the subject box during submission via e-mail.

The 14th International Forum on Educational Technology (IFET2015)

First Announcement 

International Forum on Educational Technology, organized by the Steering Committee for Professional Teaching of Educational Technology in Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education, has been held by 13 consecutive years. It has been an important platform for idea exchange, academic research, practical communication, and information sharing for Education Technology experts and scholars from China and abroad.

 The 14th International Forum on Educational Technology (IFET2015) will be held at Shaanxi Normal University, Xi’an, China, on Sept. 26-28, 2015. The Joint Meeting of Directors and Heads of Department of Educational Technology will also be held at the same time. We at Shaanxi Normal University sincerely invite experts, scholars, researchers, teachers, and graduate students whose research is in the field of educational technology from China and abroad to submit papers for attending the IFET2015 conference.

IV. Paper Due Date

The deadline of conference papers submission is Jul.15, 2015. An expert panel will review the submissions and determine whether your paper can be accepted. The conference plans to publish proceedings in both English and Chinese by well known publishers. The paper review panel will also select papers for best paper awards. Excellent papers will be recommended for publishing on professional journals from our supporters. The conference will invite some well-known scholars and academic leaders from China and overseas in the field of educational technology to give talks at the conference.

VPaper Submission Requirements

1. Topics of papers can be selected from the conference themes provided or self-selected

2. Submissions should be unpublished papers;

3. Papers can be in Chinese or English;

4. Paper length can be 8000 words or fewer in principle (including charts and figures);

5. Paper submission: paper should be sent to the e-mailbox: ifet2015@163.com; please put “Paper for the IFET2015” in the email subject ;

6. Detailed requirements on the submissions can be found in the attachment.

VIConference fees

Registration fee: 900 RMB per person for international faculty members, 450 RMB for international students. Students need to carry student ID card. The expenses of international and local transportation and accommodation are of conference participants ‘own cost.
